The Washington Chorus

Published: April 26, 2016

On April 26th, 2016, the French-American Cultural Foundation was thrilled to partner with the Washington Chorus for its Parisian Spring Gala. Celebrating the music of France for their 2016 season, a week of special musical events was planned, culminating with the award-winning chorus presenting a concert at the Kennedy Center, featuring one of France’s greatest organists, Thierry Escaich.

In addition to celebrating the musical ties between France and the US, Leonard Silverstein, the distinguished Washington attorney and cultural benefactor, was honored for his seventeen years of leadership with the French-American Cultural Foundation. What a wonderful way to celebrate his legacy!
