The Inn at Little Washington: A Delicious Documentary will debut on Friday, March 27, 2020 at 10 pm ET on PBS, PBS.org and the PBS video app.
The documentary will give you a glimpse into the “theatrical world of one of America’s most celebrated restaurants.” Chef Patrick O’Connell is a legend beyond the Washington, D.C. region. He has transformed a country inn in the small rural town of Washington, Virginia into a world-class culinary destination. Known as “The Pope of American Cuisine,” O’Connell is a self-taught chef who created one of the most acclaimed restaurants in the United States.
Chef O’Connell was recently featured in the “Vingt Questions” series on our website. Read his interview and learn more about what he loves about French-American culture here.
You can also support his employees during the COVID-19 pandemic by purchasing an Inn at Little Washington Employee Relief Fund Certificate. The fund will help employees maintain health insurance and cover expenses so they can be ready to return to work as soon as this crisis passes.
